Venues set their own on-site policies. The text below is the NexaNet house rules document (website and LAN)—edit it in Admin → LAN venue setup.

At LAN and in-person events
• Follow venue staff instructions and any posted venue policies (noise, food, alcohol, smoking, access, and safety).
• No harassment, hate speech, or doxxing. Treat other guests, staff, and equipment with respect.
• Label your own gear; do not use other people’s equipment or network drops without permission.
• Report damaged cables, trip hazards, or spills to organizers right away.

Provided & BYO

What we provide
• Power: two power points per person from the venue distribution.
• Network: desk-mounted Ethernet patch ports at each seat, with structured cabling from each desk back to the rack.
• Edge & Wi‑Fi: Ubiquiti console, switch, and WAP.
• Internet: 5G uplink for players.
• Steam cache: available — please provide organizers with a list of games to have preloaded before the event.
• AV: a projector is available for console setups (coordinate with organizers if you need it).

What to bring
• Networking: bring your own RJ45 patch cable to the desk port. A limited number of spare cables may be on hand—bring your own to be sure.
• Power: bring your own power leads for your computer and one monitor, suitable for the venue’s supplied outlets.
